Community Riparian Buffer Planting along Falling Creek at Meadowbrook Apartments

Please join Friends of Chesterfield's Riverfront and Chesterfield County Environmental Engineering for a Community Riparian Buffer Planting along Falling Creek at the Meadowbrook Apartments.  Please bring gloves and wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.  Boots or sturdy shoes are also recommended.  Light refreshments will be provided for volunteers.  Children under 14 are welcome with an adult.

Chesterfield County Rain Barrel Workshops

Rain BarrelMark your calendars for Chesterfield County's Rain Barrel Workshop Program. Workshops will be offered on April 22, May 8 and May 13. Registration will open in mid-March and the cost per barrel will be $35.00. The Chesterfield County Rain Barrel Workshop is sponsored by Friends of Chesterfield's Riverfront, Chesterfield County Environmental Engineering, Chesterfield County Cooperative Extension and the James River Soil and Water Conservation District with financial support from Altria Client Services.
